We have initiated the "Soft Skills For Youth Employment" KA220 project, which brings together intersectoral cooperation from Gaziantep University in Turkey as the coordinator and our institutes' partnership from Belgium together with partners, a research foundation from Malta and a university from Poland.

Within the scope of the project, we will conduct survey interviews with over 70 Human Resources experts working in various sectors. Following these interviews, we aim to contribute to the employability of our target audience, primarily the younger generation residing in the Gaziantep region and in our local communities. In July 2023, we are preparing to provide soft skills training to students at Gaziantep University.
