Course About?

YWE27 is an Erasmus+ Youth Project in the category of "Mobility of Youth Worker." It brings together 27 youth workers from nine partner countries to strengthen their skills and competences in realizing high-quality youth projects in the 2021-2027 term of Erasmus+. The aim of the project is to help these youth workers understand the priorities, aims, opportunities, and novelties of the new Erasmus+ programme for 2021-2027, and to support them in better comprehending the programme's key pillars (Inclusive, Digital, Green).

The YWE27 project focuses on studying and understanding the European priorities of the programme, the supported actions, the funding available for each action, and the rules of participation among the 27 youth workers. The project aims to equip them with EU project management skills and improve their competences in all phases of project realization, including project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and follow-up, and reporting.

Activities in the YWE27 project are based on non-formal education, such as case studies, peer learning, analyzing best practices, practical exercises, presentations, and workshops led by professionals in the field of Erasmus+ and project management.
